Find The Perfect Diet: 10 Meals Plans That Work!

“Clean” Eating

Clean eating is not just a diet plan but a way of approaching food and life as a single entity. Nature intended us to eat and drink simple, unrefined things while leaving as little waste behind as possible. By eating locally grown, organic foods and steering clear of unhealthy processed foods, you’ll be taking care of yourself and the big blueish/green ball we all live on.  So what’s included in a typical clean eating diet? Lean meats, lots of fruit and veggies and complex carbohydrates all make the cut. Eggs and dairy are also ok but should be consumed in moderation. Thirsty? how about some water? And lots of it! Two liters a day is what a clean diet calls for.

The amount of food and drink you can’t have on this diet is staggering so to put it simply: if it’s ingredient count is more than two, don’t put it in you! It’ll take time and research to figure out what is and is not considered clean. Once you get the hang of it though, you’ll be happier for it. By eating five or six smaller meals a day and taking the time to actually enjoy your meals, you’ll find food can be both a happy and healthy place.
