8. Unexplained Weight Loss or Loss of Appetite

If you’re dropping weight quickly and can’t figure out why it’s happening the culprit may be the onset of lymphoma. National Health Services (NHS) warns that if you’ve lost more than five percent of your weight in a month or 10 percent over six months you are in danger of possible tumor growth.

An unexplained loss of appetite could be due to a tumorous spleen which in turn presses on your stomach, stunting your appetite. Because your spleen acts as a reserve for white T cells; it is, therefore, subject to attack by cancerous lymphocytes.
