Douching is a somewhat divisive issue. Some women love it, claiming it makes them feel clean. The key component of apple cider vinegar is acetic acid which has been used stabilize blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, fight acid reflux and yes, treat yeast infections. Be sure to dilute vinegar with water before douching. The same dilution can be used to relieve itching and inflammation around the vagina as well.
