5. Nausea and Vomiting

One of the early signs of liver disease is nausea and vomiting. Both nausea and vomiting tools your body uses to communicate a sense of feeling unwell. It might seem a little obvious but there are lots of people out there who ignore these early warning signs, forgoing the chance of early diagnosis and in doing so, do irreversible damage.

If you are noticing prolonged bouts of nausea and are having trouble keeping both food and drink down but aren’t suffering other tell-tale signs of having a flu, make an appointment with your doctor. Waiting could literally be the difference between life and death.
